Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

Important note on expedited orders: If an expedited shipping method is selected, delays can still occur that are out of our control and we are not able to guarantee that your package arrives by a certain date. Please take this into consideration when placing an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges if the order was shipped with the selected shipping method within 2 business days of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience.

FedEx Ground Economy shipping is $12 and free for orders $150+. We offer FedEx Ground Economy for orders shipping within the Continental United States. For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we only offer FedEx 3 Day Air. Orders are processed within 48 hours, or 2 business days, of receipt. The processing window for orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will begin on the following business day. Orders over $2000 will require a direct signature for delivery. We do not offer Saturday delivery. At this time we do not ship furniture to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

International Shipping Policy

All orders shipping outside the US can be returned within 21 days of delivery or 30 days for an exchange. After 21 days, items returned will be refunded back onto a gift card. 

International orders will be shipped via DHL Express Delivery.

Duties, taxes, and shipping are included at checkout and reflected in accordance with typical standards of the customer's locality. We will offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20 USD and free shipping over $250 for international orders. 

Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item(s) ordered, total dollar amount of order, and country of delivery.

We cannot offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of receipt.

International shipping has a flat rate of $20 USD, but packages will be subject to duties and taxes. Some packages may also receive additional charges if they extend beyond average weight parameters.

Jenni Kayne cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Please note we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico at this time.

At this time we are only able to ship Jenni Kayne apparel. Home, furniture, Oak Essentials, jewelry, third party brands, and all other items are excluded from international shipping.

Countries We Ship To and Shipping Rates

At this time we are able to ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Please note we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express Shipping (3-5 Business Days). All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Due to customs, timelines may vary.

International shipping has a flat rate of $20 USD, but packages may be subject to additional charges if they extend beyond our average weight parameters.

Furniture Shipping

Upon purchase, Jenni Kayne Home Services will make arrangements for your shipment. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that transit times are simply an estimate and your items may arrive sooner than what is projected. If you are delivering this item to a California-based address, your order may also arrive sooner than the indicated 1 to 3 week lead time.

Quality is always top of mind, which is why furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from the Jenni Kayne warehouse. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Jenni Kayne of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. If there are no damages upon receipt, the receiver will be asked to sign for the order before the driver leaves.

Please note that we are unable to hold any furniture orders for delivery at a later time.

Jenni Kayne, Armadillo, and Lulu and Georgia Rugs

  • All 2’x3’ rugs ship FedEx for $25, while remaining rugs 7’x10’ and under ship FedEx Ground for $100.
  • All rugs larger than 7'x10' are considered oversized, will incur a $250 shipping fee, and will ship via White Glove delivery.
  • Rugs 8’x10’ and larger ship White Glove for $250 and will have a lead time of 1 to 3 weeks.
  • We offer free returns for all 2’x3’, 6’x9’, and 5’x8’ rugs.
  • All rugs shipped via White Glove, 8’x10’ and larger, will be charged a $250 restock fee.
  • Rugs returned must be in original condition and unused.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the rug or rugs returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We are unable to ship rugs, of any size, to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Furniture Fees

Please note the following fees for furniture:

  • Address Change Fee: $300
  • White Glove Restock Fee: $750
  • FedEx Restock Fee: $250
